Gingerbread Homes Contest 2026
We are now accepting entries for our 2026 Gingerbread Contest.

Please visit the Florence Events Center December 1st - 15th to see this year's amazing creations and to vote for your favorite.
Votes cost $1 each or 6 for $5, with all proceeds going to programming and scholarships for youth.
INFO & Rules:
Get Creative! Gingerbread must be the main component, and most decorations must be edible. Hot glue for construction and small non-edible decorations are permitted. Your design must be original!
Entry Fee: $25 per entry, paid online. Limit one entry per person, family, or business. Scholarships are available for those with financial need. All funds raised from this contest are used for youth scholarships for 2027 classes, camps, and opportunities. So, it's a WIN-WIN!
Size Limit: Maximum 14" x 18", including the base. All entries must be displayed on a sturdy board, cookie sheet, or other rigid base. Keep it easy for us to display, please!
Drop-Off: November 23–25 at the Florence Events Center during regular business hours. Check in at the Box Office for placement instructions. No late entries accepted.
Public Voting: Beginning December 1, voting tickets may be purchased at the FEC Box Office or during the Holly Jolly Follies at C.R.O.W.'s Lobby Boutique. Votes are $1 each or 6 for $5. Vote for one favorite or spread your votes among several. Yes, you can totally bribe your friends to come in and vote for your house!
Prizes: The Grand Prize includes 4 tickets to Willy Wonka, 4 tickets to the Spring Dance Showcase, sweet treats, and bragging rights! Over $200 in value! Runners-up will also receive free tickets and treats.
Display: Entries will be showcased at the FEC during the FRAA Art Show, Empty Bowls, and other community events which occur at the FEC. Each entry will include the designer's or business's name. This makes this a great advertising opportunity!
Winners: Announced by December 20 on C.R.O.W.'s Facebook page. Prizes will be hand-delivered.
Pick-Up: Homes may be collected after the contest. Unclaimed entries will be discarded.
