C.R.O.W aims to inspire, educate, and empower youth through professional caliber arts education and performance opportunities.
Our Vision:
C.R.O.W. believes in the enrichment of our rural community students and aspires to provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment to explore creativity through the arts.
INCLUSIVITY: C.R.O.W is dedicated to advancing the cultural arts in our community by providing accessible and inclusive experiences for all.
OPPORTUNITY: Our program offers a wide variety of opportunities for involvement and facilitates a safe space for creative exploration.
COMMUNITY: C.R.O.W. supports and improves our community through performance, education, outreach, cross-generational collaboration, leadership, and community partnerships.
ENRICHMENT: C.R.O.W.'s immersive arts programming instills a greater sense of confidence and self-esteem in participants, as well as builds inter-personal communication skills, empathy, personal growth, character development, and problem solving.
