🌈✨ Chalk It Up! Fundraiser–A Colorful Way to Support the Arts! ✨🌈

🎨 Calling artists of all ages and abilities! Join us for a fun and creative day at "Chalk It Up For Kids in the Arts!" - A sidewalk chalk celebration that raises money to support C.R.O.W.—helping kids discover the magic of theatre and the arts for 14 years. 🌟

​

🖍️ What’s Happening:

• Date: Saturday, May 17th

• Time: 10 am - 2 pm

• Location: C.R.O.W. Building at 3120 HWY 101 in Florence, OR 

​

🧑‍🎨 Reserve a square HERE and then show up and unleash your creativity! Whether you want to draw a masterpiece or just doodle with friends, every square helps support arts education for local kids. It’s a perfect family outing! 

​

Basic sidewalk chalk will be provided.  If you want something artist quality or need specific colors, please bring it with you!

​

There will also be a YUMMY Bake Sale and icy cold lemonade to quench your thirst.

 

🌟Cost:

• $20 for a 12" x 12"

• $40 for a 24" x 24". 

• Or sponsor a square for $100 or $250. 

• We have FOUR mega-squares available to sponsor for $500 each!

💡 How to Participate:

• Buy a Square: Reserve your square ahead of time or show up and claim one on the day of the event!

• Get Creative: Bring your favorite chalk colors and create your masterpiece right on the sidewalk!  We will provide some basic outdoor chalks for all to share. 🎨

​​

• Enjoy Baked Delights: Your purchase helps provide theatre programs, workshops, and scholarships for kids in our community. 🌱

​​

• Special prizes will be awarded for the most creative and artistic chalk art! 🏆

What if it rains?

Don't worry.....we have a contingency plan that will be equally fun and creative indoors.  But please send your positive vibes to Mr. Weather that he gives us a nice, sunny day!
